DESCRIPTION

MICROZYME LIQUID is a concentrated blend of a liquid living aerobic and anaerobic bacteria specially selected for the unique ability to produce active enzymes which are required for degradation of sanitation wastes. MICROZYME LIQUID, which is the fourth generation of bacteria sanitation treatments has been subjected to stringent antibiotic screening. MICROZYME LIQUID is naturally occurring and non-genetically engineered. Therefore, MICROZYME LIQUID is safe for usage under all types of applications. With its unique ability to formulate bacterial strains which produce large amounts of amylase (starch), protease (protein), cellulase (cellulose), and lipase (grease), MICROZYME LIQUID if used on a routine basis will supplement the bacteria normally present and thereby degrade waste material more rapidly and with greater efficiency.

APPLICATION

MICROZYME LIQUID can be slug dosed or put directly into the sewage tank line (i.e. Marine Sanitation Device (M.S.D.), Collection, Holding and Transfer System (CHTS) or other types of holding tanks.) A more convenient method which ensures treatment throughout the system would be to apply the product directly to galley and toilet facilities (e.g. sinks, showers, commodes and scuppers). MICROZYME LIQUID with its specially designed surfactant system can be used as a neutral cleanser to replace harsh acid, caustic and bleach based products which are extremely detrimental to any type of biological system. DIRECTION FOR USE

1. A start up dosage of 1 gallon (3.785 liters of MICROZYME LIQUID per 1,200 gallons (4,542 liters) tank capacity and should be added directly to Holding Tank and be allowed a minimum of 24-36 hours after this initial application for the system to become properly activated.
2. Additional product should be added daily if used only as a tank treatment/cleaner in the amounts of 32 oz (1 liter) per 1,200 gallons of additional liquids.
3. MICROZYME LIQUID when used as a cleanser should be applied with about 3–4 ounces (75–100 ml) of product to each toilet, sink, drain in the same manner as with any previously used sanitorial type cleaner. MICROZYME LIQUID performs within a pH range of 5.5 - 8.5 and at a temperature range of 10–44 °C (50–110 °F). Extreme variations of pH and temperature as well as wide shifts in either parameter over a short period of time should be avoided.

STORAGE AND HANDLING

• Do not get in eyes
• Avoid prolonged skin contact
• For eye and skin contact, wash throughly with clean fresh water.

DESCRIPTION

BIOFRESH PLUS is a balanced compound composed of bacteria, enzymes and nutritious elements that become active on fat, food leftovers, paper and organic matter causing foul odors. Its action permits the digestion of above mentioned substances with following advantages: Elimination of vegetal and animal fat, digesti on of proteins, and amides, thus suppressing foul odors and preventing clogging of drains. Regeneration of bacterial flora in septic tanks with “ripristino del COD”, prevention of growth in the water as the bacteria contained in BIOFRESH PLUS feed on phosphates. Fluidization of the flushed matter thus improving performance of grease traps and drains. BIOFRESH PLUS is a natural product without any harmful effect on the environment. BIOFRESH PLUS is a highly concentrate powder containing approximately 420 millions free bacteria per gram that can operate either in aerobic or anaerobic mode, i.e. with or without oxygen. BIOFRESH PLUS is designed for use in sanitary installations, kitchen drains, eating areas, waste water of food industry, slaughter houses, drains, grease traps, septic tanks, grease separation tanks, water treatment plants, etc.

APPLICATION

Pour the product in the installation after dissolving the powder in lukewarm water at the rate at approx. 10% concentration (100 grams of product in 1-2 liter of water). Ensure that there is enough slant in drainpipes to guaranty proper flow of the product in the drains leading to the tank.

RECOMMENDED DOSAGE

Flush Tanks

• First, second and third weeks: 100 grams of product per day for each 100 MT of discharge or per cubic meter of flush water to be treated.
• Maintenance and odor removing: 200 grams per day for each 100 MT of discharge of per cubic meter of flush water to be treated (twice a week).

Septic Tanks

• First, second and third weeks: 100–150 grams of product per day per cubic meter of capacity.
• Maintenance and odor removing: 50–100 grams of product per cubic meter capacity twice a week.

It is recommended to use BIOFRESH PLUS when the discharge is inactive.

WARNING

Store in cool and dry place at temperatures comprised between 10 and 45°C. Close containers properly after use. Do not use together with acids, alkali, bleach or disinfectants. Wash hands after manipulating the product (as a simple precaution). Keep away from children.

DESCRIPTION

BIOCLEANER is a biological formulation designed for cleaning organic substances and eliminating foul odors caused by decomposition. The bacteria contained in this product metabolize organic substances. Besides acting as a cleaner BIOCLEANER also has deodorizing properties.

It digests organic substances and transforms them into Carbon Dioxide (CO2) and water, which eliminates foul smells at their very source. BIOCLEANER liquefies organic residues in drainpipes and sanitary installations such as sewage treatment tanks, thus exerting a preventative maintenance action to avoid clogging of drains. Using BIOCLEANER regularly ensures clean and odorless sanitation systems. BIOCLEANER is neither toxic, nor aggressive and does not have any counter-indication.

IMPORTANT: BIOCLEANER fights development of growths because it feeds on phosphates. It can operate in aerobic as well as anaerobic mode (with or without the presence of oxygen).

DIRECTION FOR USE

• Cleaning: Apply the product on surface to be cleaned with brush, sponge or mop. Wash the residues down the drain.
• Elimination of foul odors: Spray product onto surface to be treated.
• Removing stains caused by organic products: If possible, remove with paper or rug excess material, and spray or pour BIOCLEANER on the stain. Let product act for as long as possible, then dry with a clean clothe or paper. For resistant stains cover the stained area with BIOFRESH using a damp cloth and let the product act 5-6 hours.
